Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YourMed's healthcare aggregator platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

Description of Service

YourMed is a healthcare aggregator platform that connects patients with healthcare service providers, including laboratories, diagnostic centers, and medical facilities across the United Arab Emirates. We facilitate bookings, appointments, and service coordination but are not a healthcare provider ourselves.

User Accounts

Registration

To use certain features of our Platform, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Bookings and Appointments

Booking Process

• Bookings are subject to availability at the selected healthcare provider
• We facilitate bookings but do not guarantee service availability
• Healthcare providers may cancel or reschedule appointments
• You may cancel or reschedule bookings according to provider policies

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as specified
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are subject to provider cancellation policies
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your use of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of YourMed or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourMed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services obtained through the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourMed, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
